ACIA Buys Radio Ads Across State
This week the association began running 30 second radio spots highlighting the benefits of designing your next project with concrete and concrete masonry. Over the next nine weeks, the ACIA will run 13,000 radio spots on the Alabama Radio Network and Paul Finebaum Network. The Alabama Radio Network features 63 stations across the state while the Paul Finebaum Network can be heard on 19 stations across Alabama. The ads began airing on April 13th and will conclude on June 20th, 2009.
During our spring campaign, the radio ads will feature testimonials by two architects in the state discussing the benefits of concrete masonry units, and two owners discussing why they chose a concrete parking lot for their business. The masonry ads are branded under the slogan Masonry: There is No Equal. Concrete parking lot ads feature the ACIA slogan, The Smart Surface.
The ACIA will run a similar nine week campaign this fall. For 2009, the association will run in excess of 25,000 radio ads on promoting concrete products.
